My name is Martin Left, a cognitive behavior specialist and, more importantly, a father who has faced the all-too-common struggle of a child’s disrupted sleep patterns. My personal challenges with my child’s bedtime behaviors led me down a path of extensive research and learning about sleep science. This journey wasn’t just enlightening; it was life-changing for our family. Inspired to share this success, I founded Husry.
Teaming up with Dr. Diana Husry, a renowned pediatric sleep coach, and an experienced psychologist, we crafted the 4-Week Sleep Guide. At Husry, we’re dedicated to guiding families to restful sleep and healthier habits, transforming nights of restlessness into mornings of joy and vitality.
